Project Description: Project consisted of the installation of a complete Traffic Management System along IH 30 in Dallas County from US 80 to IH 635.

Types and Quantities of TMS/ITS devices:  3 CCTV Cameras, 3 Video Fiber Optic Transmitters, 3 Video Fiber Optic Receivers, 5 Microwave Vehicle Detectors, 13 RS-232 Data Modems, 2 Dynamic Message Signs, 4 Limited Distance Modems, 3 Communication Hub Buildings, CCTV Central Equipment, 1 ATM Communications Switch, and 50,637 Linear Feet of Fiber Optic Cable.

Commencement and completion Date:  Project let on September 8, 2005 and was completed on May 9, 2007.
