You must be employed by MICA at the time of the event to be eligible to attend.

If your travel plans have changed and you are no longer able to participate in the trip, please notify Jodie Flint at jodie.flint@micacorporation.com as soon as possible to remove your name from the list.

MICA reserves the right to change and/or cancel reservations or trips at any time.

MICA has no control over flight departure delays or cancellations, or any other situation or circumstance that may lead to or cause flight delays or cancellations.
